Project: Villa phase IV-Sobha Hartland estates villas (22Nos)
Sobha Construction Villa Project
SCOPE OF WORKS- FORMWORK INSTALLATION WORKS
* Complete workmanship for shuttering & de-shuttering works (substructure)
* Scaffolding - make necessary cup lock or aluminum (props) scaffolding including standards, ledgers,intermediate transoms, spigot pin connectors, U-Head Jacks, adjustable base jacks, couplers/fittings, etc.
* Forming slab table/drop slabs/ramps/beams - Placing timber formwork beams or Alu Box beam over you.
* Head Jacks, fixing marine plywood decking with levels for slab soffits/sides, beam soffits/sides, ramp soffits/sides.
* Housekeeping- removal of wood pieces, plywood pieces, nails, from the slab/ramp tables.
* Side formworks for slabs/beams using and/or plywood/white wood for expansion.

Joints/construction
* Joints/pour strips.
* Staircase landing, slope soffit shuttering with sides, and riser sides including necessary scaffolding (as stated above).
* Verticals - Retaining walls, columns, stub/neck columns, walls, shear walls, core walls, water tank walls, etc.
* formwork girders, steel walers, tie rods, and plywood and/or steel shutters (for circular, curved columns,etc.
* including formwork assembly/ fabrication or any kind of fabrication as site requirement.
* Opening formworks - Forming opening/ cut-out formworks for floors (MEP opening) and Shear/core/water tank walls, void former as per drawing.
* Clear definition for double height in case of having various rates for formwork for different heights.
(Confirming that all height measurement based on top level of decking, not slab as it was an argue from
one of assigned subcontractors)
* Shutter Fabrication of all vertical elements, beams, slabs, etc for the project.
* De-shuttering - removing cup lock or aluminum (props) scaffolding with all accessories, plywood, white woods,etc. including manual shifting if required and reuse them to the next level/areas.
* Back propping - Slab soffit back propping as per design requirements and/or project engineer's directions.
* Supervision during the concrete casting work.
* Housekeeping- removal of wood pieces, plywood pieces, nails, etc. after de-shuttering works.
* Inspection to consultant and rectification works.
* Concrete repair related to Any formwork defects.
* Appling release agent/taping of joints on plywood as per Quality requirements
* Shutter Fabrication of all vertical elements, beams, slabs, etc. for the project.
